French Horn Rental - Double - New

By submitting your order on this website and paying your subsequent rental invoice, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand these terms and conditions and accept them:

RENTAL AGREEMENT

The instrument rented, along with all respective accessories, is issued to and accepted by the undersigned (Renter) on a rental basis for the rental period (The Rental Term). The flat fee discounted rental rate for the Rental term will be listed on the invoice plus applicable sales tax that will be calculated on your invoice before payment. The rental fee is not prorated during the term and the renter is not entitled to a refund of any rental fee in the event of an early rental return. In addition, Renter will deposit the “Security Deposit” that will be reflected on the invoice to be retained by Washington Music Center during the Rental Term. This deposit is refundable only if the instrument is returned to Washington Music Center on or before the expiration of The Rental Term in an undamaged condition with all its respective accessories intact. Renter agrees that title and ownership of the instrument is not conveyed and remains exclusively with Washington Music Center. Renter agrees not to sell, pawn, mortgage, rent to others, or dispose of the instrument.

Renter agrees to allow their credit card on file to be charged to pay to repair or replace the instrument in the event the instrument is lost, damaged, and/or not returned on the Rental Term End Date in addition to any additional Rental Term rates that Renter may have accrued as a result of retaining the instrument beyond the Rental Term End Date. Renter agrees to update Washington Music Center with any changes in their contact or credit card information.
For all instruments that are not returned or renewed at the end of the Rental Term, Renter shall be in default and Renter agrees to pay monthly rent at the current rate set forth by Washington Music Center (the per month fee will be listed on your final rental agreement), not prorated, for each month thereafter until the instrument is returned. Renter further agrees that Washington Music Center shall charge them interest on any instrument not returned by the Rental Term End Date at a rate of eighteen percent (18%) of the rental rate per annum.
Renter agrees that failure to return the instrument on, or before, the Rental Term End Date entitles Washington Music Center to pursue an action to repossess the instrument and monetary damages through any and all legal and equitable remedies including, but not limited to, actions in replevin and/or detinue. Further all costs of any legal and/or equitable remedies including the actions in replevin and/or detinue shall be paid by Renter including without limitation any and all reasonable attorney’s fees.

OPTION TO PURCHASE:
The rental fee and deposit, excluding sales tax and any late fees or damage fees, may be used toward the purchase of the rental instrument (a “Rental Credit”) at any time during your rental term and within one week prior to the expiration of the Rental Term. The Rental Credit is only redeemable if Renter’s account is in good standing. The credit is null and void after the instrument is returned.
