Returns
Hello Valued Renters,
We are delighted that you chose to be a part of our K-12 School Music Instrument Rental Program! As the end of your rental period approaches, we want to provide you with clear guidelines for returning your rented instruments and equipment. Our goal is to make this process as smooth as possible, ensuring that both you and the instruments have had a harmonious journey together.
Return Requirements: Please ensure that you return the rented instruments along with their respective cases and all non-disposable rented items. Disposable items such as reeds, swabs, optional accessories (music stands, tuners, books, etc.), and lubrication are exceptions and need not be returned. Our team will be conducting a thorough check to ensure all items are accounted for.
Timely Returns: To ensure a seamless transition for the next set of eager musicians, please return the instruments by the end date indicated on your rental contract. This will enable us to prepare the instruments for maintenance and tune-ups, ensuring their readiness for the next rental period.
Instrument Condition: Please return the instruments in good working condition. Any significant damages should be reported and will be assessed upon return. Taking care of the instruments not only benefits future renters but also maintains the quality of your own musical journey.
Return Method: You have the option to either ship the instruments to our designated address or deliver them in person. Our business hours for returns are Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Whichever method you choose, we recommend that you allow sufficient time for transit to avoid any last-minute rushes. Here is our address for your convenience:
Shipping Returns: For those opting to ship the instruments, we kindly request that you package them with care to avoid any potential shipping damage. Musical instruments are delicate, and a little extra attention to packaging can go a long way in ensuring their safe arrival. We also strongly recommend using a shipping method with both tracking information and insurance to cover any unforeseen mishaps during transit. Please remember to include your rental contract details within the package for easy identification.
