How do I return my instrument?

You can bring your Rental Instrument here to the store, or ship it to us. Please ensure that your Rental Instrument arrives here before the ending date on your rental contract - generally this is the following June.

What happens if my instrument is lost or damaged?

 In the event your Rental is lost or damaged please contact us immediately. We may be able to repair your Rental if it is damaged.

Please contact your home or renter's insurance if your Rental is lost, stolen, or misplaced. If your Rental is lost, you will be charged the retail value of the instrument in the condition that it was rented to you.

 

What are the rental rates?

Our rental rates are displayed on each instrument page on our website. You can also find an overview of our Rental Rates here!

We are different from other rental companies because we charge one low rate for the entire school year - no monthly payments, same rate for every school in every district, and less hassle!

 

What areas do you service?

We serve the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, including Virginia and Maryland within a 50 mile radius of D.C.

 

How do I know what size instrument my child needs?

Stringed instruments are sized to the student - please review our helpful sizing videos and charts for violin, viola, and cello.

For sizing a double bass, please consult with your teacher or music director.
