Shipping & Handling Time

Our shipping hours are Mon-Fri, 10am - 2pm (excluding major US holidays). Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. If you need your Rental quickly we always encourage picking it up at the store as opposed to having it shipped.

Shipping times can vary based on your delivery address. All products ship from our warehouse in Silver Spring, MD 20902. Please contact our customer service team if you require expedited or guaranteed shipping!

If you request Local Pickup then we will notify you by email when your rental is ready for pickup. Please check your spam folder for our email.

If your Rental is damaged in shipping please contact us immediately.


Shipping Options

Most orders are shipped using standard, overland 5-day delivery schedules. We use UPS in most circumstances.

For your protection, all orders will be shipped to the shipping address that you provide us at the time the order is placed. Under no circumstances will we accept rerouting requests once a package has left our facility. We may require a signature upon delivery.

If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your order status and tracking number.

Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency. All weights are stated in US measurements (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.)

 

Shipping Exclusions

Some Rental Instruments cannot be shipped and will need to be picked up from our store location. Instruments that cannot be shipped include the following:

  • All string instruments, including violin, viola, cello, and double bass
  • All percussion instruments, including snare kits, bell kits, and xylophone kits
  • Large brass instruments, including tubas, euphoniums, and French horns
  • Large woodwind instruments, including baritone saxophones and bass clarinets
